Why Does My Dog Need a Heartworm test?
My dog is on monthly Heartguard plus. I feel that my giving him heart worm prevention every month protects him from the disease. My vet wants him to have an expensive $50 heart worm test every year any way. Am I wrong to resent this extra expense when I feel I am already protecting my dog? Thank you. vetclient
