As mentioned in our recent post on 'Can Laughter Make You Healthier?' research shows that by adding 10-20 minutes of laughter in your daily life you can gain several health benefits such as reducing certain stress hormones, improving your memory/learning, improving your alertness, creativity and memory and these are only a few of the benefits.
