Video Games as a Prescription for Eye Problems - ABC News

While there's been a wide body of research on how video games can lead to a decreased attention span, violent behavior and obesity in children, there hasn't been much research on how video games can make a positive contribution to children's health and well-being. But doctors agree that the Nintendo DS and other video games and activities like it can be a very effective part of the treatment for amblyopia.
