I'm so sorry to report that a new tragedy has occurred in Texas in the case of Narjes Modarresi. I'm not going to share the details here for fear of scaring my readers who are suffering, but for those of you who aren't you can read more at the Houston Chronicle website. Apparently Modarresi had a previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, which as you know is a risk factor for postpartum psychosis.
