Torn Rotator Cuff

In an adult population, a torn rotator cuff is the most common cause of debilitating shoulder pain and disability. While rotator cuff tears may be asymptomatic, they will frequently manifest as shoulder pain, particularly at night and during activities of daily living. Rotator cuff exercises to consider include seated rows and latissimus pull downs.
