The Jorge Posada Foundation provides families and children affected by Craniosynostosis with emotional support and financial assistance. The foundation also raises awareness about CS, a congenital birth defect, characterized by the premature closure of one or more sutures, which causes an abnormally shaped skull. The foundation was started by NY Yankee Jorge Posada and his wife, Laura.
