Since Kerri Walsh flashed a taped shoulder at the 2008 Olympics, there's been a rise in the use of kinesiology tapes. Two products, Kinesio Tex Tape and KT Tape, promise to bring relief to pain and soreness. But one expert says there's no good reason for them to work other than a placebo effect.
