Symposier - EUS mediastinum goitre ( retro trachea multinodular goitre.)
symposier.com — “Uploaded and shared in Youtube by: yapchinkong --" A middle aged man, non-smoker, had a routine health chest X-ray that revealed a mass in the upper mediastinum. CT scan thorax revealed a mass behind the trachea, of a heterogeneous density. EUS was performed to obtain more information. The lesion was almost 4 cm in diameter. There were irregular cystic spaces and heterogeneous internal echoes. Surgical excision confirmed a retro trachea multinodular goitre. There was no malignancy.” View full resource at symposier.com
