Surviving Holidays! - TuDiabetes

Christmas is coming soon as well as New Year and I bet everyone knows what comes along with this holidays, of course; FOOD! Although this dates are my favorite I have to point out that resisting the appetizing aroma of the turkey, the delicious smell of the pork and the tamales is kind of difficult, isn't it? And I haven't talk about the desserts such as Cakes, Flans, Apple salads etc. This days are tough for people with diabetes specially for me! I like food remember? Still I've learned how to
