Study shows what kids eat at McDonald’s - Healthy Food & Healthy Living by Dr. Ayala

A new study looked at more than 500 McDonald lunch orders for kids, and found that the average meal contained more than 50 percent of daily calories, lots of fat – much of it saturated – and as much salt as a preschooler should have in a day. And it would have been fine, had it remained an infrequent indulgence. Problem is, 30 percent of American kids eat fast food daily.
