But the Teen Parenting program at Rosenwald High School gives Bay County's pregnant teens reasons to keep going. The popular MTV show 16 and Pregnant shows the highs and mostly the lows teen mothers face. These young women and their babies would likely benefit from a program like the one offered by Rosenwald.
