Good to hear I'm not the only one who eats a healthy diet but can't lose weight (or can barely lose it) and is hungry too much. Now, regarding clay baths, how about foot baths? I tried one last night but may have done it wrong. I poured a lot of warm water into a container, about 1 cup or maybe a little less of liquid Bentonite clay into it, and let my feet soak for 20 minutes. I didn't feel strange or anything. What should I do instead?
