Purposes of Antioxidants | Diet & Nutrition | MDInfo

I have noticed a lot of commercials in television, on the radio and even on print media about different antioxidants. i know about free radicals effect on our body that is why i’m taking the ace vitamins as my antioxidant supplement. i’m just amazed that there are a lot of other antioxidants available in the market today. please give me more information about these antioxidants.
