Four young people with Type 1 diabetes, along with their parents, stayed at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow for two nights last week to learn how to use insulin pumps. Switching from insulin shots to pumps can give families more flexibility with managing a child's diabetes.
