Please, tell me what to do... cat is not eating, no poop

My cat is 4 months old, neutered. 6 days ago he stopped eating. he was only drinking and he was so weak that didn't react on anything, always sleeping. we took him to the vet, where we were told that he has a fever (almost 105). they did a feline leukemia/fiv test (i don't know what it means, but our cat doesn't have it, as the vet said), they took his blood, and did something else (chem 12/cbc/electrolytes). his organs are fine. after that they offered us to put him into their hospital, but we
