Physicians group opens a specialty hospital site, The Orthopedic and Spine Inpatient Surgical Hospital (Oasis), located at 750 N. 40th Street in Phoenix, will begin treating patients next week. The hospital changed its ownership structure after the nation's health-care law limited the expansion of physician-owned hospitals.
