Penis-Straightening Drug May Provide Relief for Peyronie's - ABC News

A new penis-straightening drug may ultimately provide relief to those suffering from Peyronie's disease, a rare condition where the penis become permanently and painfully bent over time. Xiaflex, a Pfizer drug known for its off-label use as a penis-straightener, was approved by the FDA Tuesday night for another one of its uses -- treating claw hand --possibly opening up off-label use of the drug for penis-straightening purposes.
