TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Novartis, the Basel drugmaker, said on Thursday that the European Commission approved Onbrez in 150- and 300-microgram doses as a once-daily bronchodilator treatment for airflow obstruction in adults who suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
