Medical billers must be the most stupid people on earth. They all must have failed one math class before graduating highschool. It is simple math, guys, simpe math. Copay for visit to diabetic care coordinator on April 2, 2010 = $30. Front desk told me I was wrong, that my copay was $20. I paid $20 on April 2, 2010. I received a bill yesterday for $30 for April 2, 2010. I could not find my receipt so I thought UCLA got it right.I mailed check for $30. This morning I found a receipt for $20. Why
