Merck/Schering Plough reaches settlement with states
The companies have agreed to reimburse 35 states and the District of Columbia to the tune of $5.4 million, part of a settlement stemming from investigations into how they marketed Vytorin and Zetia before announcing the ENHANCE trial's controversial results.
