Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the body that can also be found in some fruits and vegetables as mustard, Goji berries, almonds, sunflower seeds, cardamom, fennel, coriander and cherries. Researchers in Spain have analyzed the effects of melatonin on obesity, dyslipidemia and high blood pressure in young diabetic obese rats.
