Low back pain causes: Repetitive stress

When muscles work they burn metabolic fuel and produce waste products that can irritate them. Blood flow is essential to bring nutrients and remove waste. With repetitive stress low back muscles become chronically tight. Blood flow is reduced producing unhealthy and painful muscles.
