Losing Sleep Over Weight Loss May Sabotage Efforts - ABC News

A new study found that not getting enough sleep may sabotage weight loss efforts. Subjects who got a little more than five hours of sleep a night lost more muscle mass and less fat compared to subjects who slept more than eight hours a night.
