Lead/aluminum chelation at Chelation Debate Forum

I recently was diagnosed with high lead/aluminum levels through a 24 urine test with chelation. Blood tests were negative. Where do I go from here? I don't have time to read countless hours of info I work 70 hours a week and i'm exhausted on my free time. Do I get some DMSA? from vrp.com? I take mag/calc with that right? anything else I should know to be safe? I have to eat healthy right? how strict? like a candida diet? can I have bread etc..? Thanks for any info
