Aggressive, violent teens are unfortunately nothing new. Gangs can undermine the feelings of safety of entire neighborhoods. Violent acts can change the course of a teen's life. New research suggests violence is more likely to occur as puberty progresses, independent of age. And for teens who enter puberty ahead of their peers, the risks are even greater. Volatile relationships with parents don't help either.
