Insurance Transfer - TuDiabetes

My Medicaid is about to expire on August 1st. I'm going to transfer to another insurance company (now that we can afford it) but i'm wondering how long it'll take to transfer? I have enough pods to last me until the end of August, so i'll be fine until then. But if we have to buy a box of the things at $350, than we'll have a big of trouble :/ Does anyone know how long it will take for Insulet to get everything worked out with the new insurance company?
