Inner Ear 'Rock Slides' Lead To Vertigo : NPR

Tiny crystals, or ear rocks, in the inner ear help us to balance. But when these pebbles fall into the sensitive ear canal, they can cause dizziness. Doctors say that for most people, a very specific 15-minute exercise can help move these pebbles back where they came from so they can be cleared away by the immune system.
