Health care reform lawsuits -- AARP

Among the lawsuits working their way through the courts in challenge to the health care reform legislation, two rulings have upheld the legislation and one, issued yesterday in Virginia, in a lawsuit argued by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, has struck down a specific aspect of the law --" the individual insurance mandate.
