Full ARBITER 6-HALTS results for niacin/ezetimibe study

The final results of ARBITER 6-HALTS, which include an additional 107 patients who completed the closeout assessment after a mean of seven months of treatment, are line with the preliminary results showing that niacin added to statin therapy resulted in a significant regression of carotid IMT, whereas treatment with ezetimibe did not.
