FDA warns of stolen albuterol sulfate and ipratropium bromide inhalation solutions - MPR

The FDA has advised consumers not to use albuterol sulfate inhalation solution, 0.083%, and ipratropium bromide inhalation solutions, 0.02%, unit-dose vials, purchased after September 8, 2009 and manufactured by Dey L.P., a subsidiary of Mylan, because the medications might have been part of a shipment being transported on a stolen tractor-trailer.
