As we are retired and on a fixed income, it was a challenge to figure out how to exercise. My husband had bladder cancer a couple of years ago, and I have been diagnosed with Cervical Dystonia and Essential Tremor for 10 years. I am convinced I had Dystonia beginning in my 20s, but the doctors I went to all thought it was due to my depression and nervousness.We recently purchased a treadmill with 6 plateaus and arms to work as you walk.
