Ok, my doctor finally has me on a dose of Ritalin where I am getting a LOT done. However I still feel like I am in the fog even when I get a bunch of stuff done. Also, at times I feel really emotional, but that has gotten a little better. It just seems like when the Ritalin is getting out of my system I get really down on myself (maybe because I start slowing down again?) The only other thing is I have stomach upset a couple hours after taking my first dose. I am pretty sure my doctor is open to
