COLUMN: Reduce your lung cancer risk by testing for radon | SCNOW
Few people realize that twice as many women die of lung cancer than breast cancer and three times as many men die of lung cancer than of prostate cancer. However, lung cancer research and prevention is extremely underfunded. Most people are not aware that radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers and that radon is the leading environmental cause of lung cancer.
