On the heels of a difficult personal year caring for husband Michael Douglas, the seemingly unshakable actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 41, revealed that she spent time in a mental health facility last week to treat her bipolar disorder. Zeta-Jones is one of nearly 6 million people living in the U.S. who suffers from bipolar disorder, a condition that occurs often with no warning signs.
