Autism and Vaccines: Lancet Retracts Controversial Autism Paper - ABC News

The scientific paper that served as a central pillar for the idea that vaccination could increase children's risk of developing autism has been formally retracted from the Lancet, the medical journal that published the piece of research by Dr. Andrew Wakefield in 1998.
