Are antihypertensives teratogenic?

One of the largest case-control studies of its kind has found that medication for high blood pressure used during pregnancy might increase the risk of congenital heart defects. But the researchers urge caution in interpreting their findings, noting that further research is needed to confirm or refute the results.
