Any Celiac's with Crohn's out there? - Gluten-Free Faces

After being GF for over a year and still being sick to the point of having to stay on steroids to function, I was finally diagnosed with Crohn's disease. My husband was devastated - I was relieved! At least there was a reason for my being so sick and exhausted even though I was following the GF diet. Now I'm wondering if there is anyone else here that has been diagnosed with both? How do you deal w/both? The contraindications in the recommended foods is a little frustrating for me. I'm finding i
