AMTA Members Provide Massage to Breast-Cancer Walk Participants

As one of the largest professional massage-membership organizations in the U.S., the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) engages in numerous outreach efforts in order to promote massage therapy and demonstrate the benefits of massage. In 2009, AMTA members throughout America provided massage to participants in the Breast Cancer 3-Day events nationwide, which benefited the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for breast cancer.
