The addition of dalotuzumab (MK-0646) to cetuximab and irinotecan failed to improve progression-free survival and overall survival in patients with chemorefractory KRAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer, according to study investigators at the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s 2011 Annual Meeting.
