When To Test - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “Simple question. At what time do you start counting down after you eat? Let's say you start eating breakfast at 7:26 am and you finish at 7:40 am . Would you check your BG at 10:00 am or 10:30 ish? Or is it earlier? See this is where I think I have been checking at the wrong times all the while. At lunch, I always check my BG at 3:00pm because I eat around 12:30pm. Help! Thanks.View full resource at tudiabetes.org
