    Dr. Jeff Livingston joined MacArthur OB/GYN in 2003. He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He then returned to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He also serves as the chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Baylor Medical Center of Irving.
