VERY Nice work!! Only a few items I wanted to point out, so you will know for your next card! :)

  • Under What is:
  • MedlinePlus is written by American Society of Health-System Pharmacists
  • Drug Digest we format as one word (DrugDigest).
  • Revolution Health is written by Cerner Multum, so this should be formatted Cerner Multum (via Revolution Health).
  • Under Uses:
  • MedlinePlus is linking basically, to what it shows in the what is category; so please remove this one.
  • My Asthma Central: Terbutaline Oral should be MyAsthmaCentral: Brethine Oral Uses ( you use the area in which you want the user to read for your title. This is better, as it is clearer to the reader what you are directing them to; and it also gives the card a bit of variety instead of saying the same thing all the way down a category. What we do not want is " Drug Name, Drug Name, Drug Name, etc. down the list.)
  • Yahoo Health link is written by Healthwise so it should be: Healthwise (via Yahoo Health)
  • Under Treatments:
  • Your first link Cleveland Clinic is actually Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine:

This link, as well as your second one (New England Journal of Medicine) are both on topic and nice journals, however our protocal is to leave journal artices for the journal section of the card. Since you do have 3 other great links for side effects- lets remove those this time (Only place journals into a category if there is no other information available).

  • COPD by eMedTV is simply eMedTV
  • Alternatives:
  • Your first link Brethine can be removed; since your card is the generic of this drug ( not really an 'alternative').
  • The Pharmaceutical official sites (DuoNeb and Combivent) need to have a Pharma icon at the end of the link.
  • Yahoo Health is Healthwise (via Yahoo Health).
  • Controversy:
  • Please add a lawfirm warning icon next to the lawfirm sites.
  • Under Abuse:

ScienceDirect is one word. (this is a journal; but we will leave this one ;)

  • Clinical Trials: Please remove Blackwell Synergy and see if you can find a listing like you did with ClinicalTrials.gov. We use a list of articles in here, not separate articles.
  • Journals:
  • PubMed: This is a dead link- please remove it. We only use one PubMed Central link anyways :)
  • Try checking Google Scholar for another list of articles.
  • Great job on relateds and redirects!!

Thanks for your hard work! A really great job- just a few formatting issues; and your card will be ready to approve, once you have made these revisions. Thanks so much! Tara

Thanks so much for the compliments. I have fixed everything but have just have one concern at this point. I cannot locate a second link for Clinical Trials. Yikes! Center Watch had nothing and I'm at a loss for this one. Will it be OK with just the one link? I've even cross referenced other cards to look for alternate sites, but haven't found any.

Leanne,

  • I'm sure you read our recent email about the importance of crediting the right source- we have recently found that other sites also use material written by other parties ( Unfortunately for our searching!) Due to the extra need for 'diligence' in looking for right authors; I now noticed (I'm sorry I didnt the first time!) that both eMedicineHealth and MedicineNet in the top 5 are the same article. If you look at the bottom of eMedicineHealth; it says Source: MedicineNet.com

http://www.medicinenet.com/terbutaline/article.htm (as you can see, it even give the same link). For this reason; we need to find another site for eMedicineHealth, or MedicineNet. Since your link for Drugs.com in the "what is" section doesnt have another source to credit; why not move this one up to top 5?

  • Side Effects: Rx List is one word also ( RxList)
  • WebMD is written by First DataBank; so this should be First Databank (via WebMD)
  • VERY nice job. These issues only just came up yesterday; so you are not alone, in not looking for crediting for some of these sites. I'm sorry I missed them the first time! 3 sites to edit and we should be good to go! :)

Hey Tara:

Quick question about the WebMD link in the side effects section. In trying to learn, I looked for the alternate author on the bottom of the page and could not find it. All I saw was a copyright for WebMD, although you said it should be First Databank (via WebMD). Can you show me where you found this so I know for next time?

Thanks for the help and the vote of confidence! I can't wait to take on more cards...

Leanne

Just FYI - I found the First Data Bank reference! Just so I have it correct, any time there's anything contributed by another author - even if it's only a portion of the article, it must be credited using the "via" method - is that correct?

Thanks so much for the help, Tara...
