Hi Amy,

This is how I would consider revising the guide note: Guide note: “Joint pain can be caused by many types of conditions or injuries. Treatment depends on whether or not the underlying cause has been addressed. Anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), are usually considered the first-line treatment of choice. Other medications, injections, or even joint surgery may be options depending on the cause. Gentle massages, light stretching, exercise, and warm baths can help to ease joint pain.

When doing your searches, you may want to google the names of top sites and the topic. For example, emedicine and joint pain treatment. This is how I found the following articles that are more authoritative, unbiased, and overall more appropriate.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/arthritis/AR00009 http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pain-medications/PN00046 http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000423.htm#Treatment

http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic3562.htm#section~Treatment http://www.clevelandclinic.org/arthritis/treat/facts/exercise.htm

Thanks, Scott
