Nice work!
A few notes before we can approve your card:
- Guide note and Fast facts. Be sure to always interlink as many topics as possible.
Also please re read your guide note; there are some grammar issues. (The majority of topical hydrocortisone is purchased over-the counter. This should read "are", rather than "is").
- Please do not double space between links, or fast facts. The only spacing will be between each category.
- A few formatting issues on your lead ins ( You might want to print these out for referral:
Yahoo Health! is formatted as Yahoo Health; Wikepedia is spelled incorrectly; PDR Health is PDRHealth; MedicineNet.com is simply MedicineNet; RXList is RxList; Drug Digest is DrugDigest; DrugTalk.com is simply DrugTalk; ClinicalTrials should be ClinicalTrials.gov
- In your Top 5:
- Please try not to put the same title down a category: (ie: Hydorcortisone Topical all the way down the top 5). For Drugs.com, you can put "Consumer Drug Information- Hydrocortisone" ( see site)
- Sites should be credited to the correct author. This is very important. Often sites will use content that has come from a syndicated provider such as A.D.A.M. or Healthwise. In this instance, you need to credit that source first, then the site where it was published. For example, for yourYahoo Health link, it should read Healthwise via Yahoo Health: This will help you to see if you use the same content more than once in a catagory.
- Under What is:
Wikipedia is linking to the wrong spot. Please fix it to link to 'what is cortisol'. Please look at Centra Health. Note the Healthwise Logo. This should be Healthwise (via Centra Health) Healthline is written by Cerner Multum and should be Cerner Multum (via Healthline)
- Under Uses:
SafeMedication.com: Hydrocortisone Topical - This should be formatted like this: SafeMedication: Why is This Medication Prescribed? Please note I changed the small case to Title Case. Cleveland Clinic Dept. of Dermatology: Eczema Treatment This is linking to Healthwise (via Yahoo Health). It is also the same link you used in top 5. Please remove this link. Only use a link one time in a card ( you can use the parent site more than once as long as the links are a bit different.) HealthSquare.com: RA Hydrocortisone Plus 12 Top Uses--Multiple Sections- This should read HealthSquare: RA Hydrocortisone Plus 12 Top Uses
- Under Side Effects:
MedicineNet (remove .com); should link directly to side effects. Click on the side effects link and then use that one. It should then read: MedicineNet: Hydrocortisone Side Effects
- Under Wisdom:
DrugTalk.com(by Healthboards.com): Skin Problems- this should be formatted like this: Healthboards (via DrugTalk): Skin Problems and The Use of Hydrocortisone Discussion ( or Posts) Acne.org should also say Discussion or Posts (ie: Hydrocortisone for Acne Discussion)
- Under Clinical Trials:
Your indentation is off. This is because you have no lead in. This should read: ClinicalTrials.gov: Hydrocortisone Clinical Trial Listings Please check and add CenterWatch also to this category.
- Relateds:
Minimum 8-Max. 10 relateds please per card. Please remove spacing.
- Redirects: this is a good one! You can also add things like Hydrocortison uses, uses of hydrocortison, hydrocortison warnings, hydrocortison side effects, side effects of hydrocortison.
- Nice work!! Thanks so much,
Tara

Tara, In reference to my grammar, not grammer, mistake in my guide notes: "topical hydrocortisone" is the complete subject of the sentence and "hydrocortisone" is the simple subject of the sentence. Both "topical hydrocortisone" and "hydrocortisone" are single subjects not a plural subjects . They do not require the plural predicate "are". If I change "is" to "are" the subject and predicate would not be in agreement. If I had written the following sentence: The majority of topical hydrocortisone ointments is purchased over-the-counter. or this sentence; The majority of topical hydrocortisones is purchased over-the-counter. I would have to change the "is" to "are" to make sure the subject and predicate are both plural and agree. If it would help I can remove "the majority" which may make it seem like there is more than one. . I've checked this grammar issue on Micorsoft Word, www.spellchecker.net, and my personal copy of Essential English Grammar. Also I can't find a Wikipedia article, "What is cortisol?" I can research some more and replace this link with another link if necessary. Cathy

Hi Cathy, Please read through the initial discussion. You did not place interlinks into the guide note and fast facts. Please email me if you need assistance, I'm happy to help you.
- Top 5: Please read the discussion on placing proper credit to Yahoo Health link.
- Under What is:
Please place the end parenthesis on Centra Health. Also, Wikipedia is still not linking correctly. Please link this to the main article for Cortisol.
- Under Side Effects:
the MedicineNet link still needs to be corrected as above discussion.
- Its almost there! As soon as these items are corrected- we should be able to approve your card.
Thank you for your hard work! Tara

Tara, I emailed you with the information about why I did not correct the MedicineNet link and why I put a scroll down symbol. I've included it here also One note about the MedicineNet link under side effects---when I went back to the MedicineNet link and clicked side effects I was simply moved down the original information to side effects. There isn't a separate link for side effects. I did change the text on the wisdom card to "Hydrocortisone Side Effects" and then I added the scroll down symbol to indicate the user must scroll down to find the side effects information. I'm being a little dense and I'm sorry--I'm not sure exactly what to do with the Wikipedia article. The link goes to the main article on Wikipedia for Cortisol. Do I need to link it to the Cortisol Wisdom Card? Again I'm sorry I'm being dense about this. I apologize I completely missed the interlinking part. I will get this done later this afternoon. Thank you so much for your help. These first few cards can be a little overwhelming. Catherine

Catherine you are doing GREAT. It takes several 'back and forths' before getting all the 'ins and outs' to WisdomCard Creation :)
your link: http://www.medicinenet.com/hydrocortisone_probutate-topical/article.htm (this one goes to the generic information) Correct Link: http://www.medicinenet.com/hydrocortisone_probutate-topical/article.htm#SideEffects Notice the difference? This one goes right to 'side effects'.
Your link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortisol#See_also (this one goes to simply "See Also"..) Correct link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortisol (this one goes directly to the main article)
