WOW! This is possibly the best first-timer WisdomCard I've ever seen. I'm going to have to get really nit-picky to have any corrections at all!
In your Research Note, please rearrange it a bit so the first sentence is about gestational diabetes insipidus, instead of diabetes insipidus (this helps with search engines).
Otherwise, the only comment I have about your Research Note is that you seem to be missing some spaces between sentences and between the closing ref tag and start of the next sentence.
As for your links, they're nearly perfect! All I would adjust is:
On Wikipedia, link directly to the gestational section (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diabetes_insipidus#Gestational) and fix the link text to match.
On National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse, please just change the link text to be on-topic:

Not only does this help the user, it helps with search engine optimization to use the keywords more often on the page.
