Irene,

  • Nice work on this stub :) Please check it for typos- also we need more interlinks in the GW and FF- I can help you 'locate them'- but first, I'd like to see if you can :) Please ask me if I can help :)
  • Your links are all great- the only comment I have is on an update on what we would like to see for "official sites" (this is being used too often- its fine for large sites like FDA, etc. but many of these we would like to see a bit more of a description from now on. Here is our information from our resource guide: (http://organizedwisdom.com/OrganizedWisdom:How_To_Create_Your_First_WisdomCard) This is what is says:
  • Homepages

In cases where you are linking to a site's homepage, there is a choice of formatting options depending on the site.

For a site that has a good descriptive motto, mission, or subtitle, please use that as your link text:

Often you can find a good phrase in the title bar of the browser, where many sites put their motto or their own site description:

With a foundation or government site "Official Site" is acceptable:

For a business or personal site that may not have a motto or mission, it is acceptable to use "Homepage":

In most cases, the more descriptive the link text, the better. For a list of examples of sites linked to their homepages, see OrganizedWisdom's TOP 100 Health Resources. "

  • Instead of:
  • International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders: Official Site, why not
  • International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders: Complete Resource for Trustworthy Gastrointestinal (GI) Disorder Information, Support, and Assistance.
  • Really a nice job here, only a few things to edit-

Thanks :) Tara

Hi Tara, I'm not sure if I got all the typos. I added some missing commas, and also did more interlinking on the GW. I was not able to get any more on the FF except what I had before. I'll need help on these.

Thanks

Irene
