Hi Melysah,

Great start on your card. There are a few changes that need to be made.

Citations: Please add the title to the citation… that is why a number in brackets is showing in your citations.

5 Great Resources:

WebMD- Credit needs to be given to Cleveland Clinic by a via Cleveland Clinic (via WebMD)

Abbott Diabetes Care- really does not say much on blood glucose monitoring. Please replace this site. UpToDate has a really nice page on this topic: http://www.uptodate.com/patients/content/topic.do?topicKey=diabete/5795

AdventistHealthCare- credit should be given to A.D.A.M. but MedlinePlus has a better page on this and is more credible. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003438.htm Credit needs to be given to A.D.A.M. on this one also.

Mayo Clinic- this is nice information, but should go in the wisdom section. Please replace with University of Virginia: http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/uvahealth/adult_diabetes/glucose.cfm

What is:

MedlinePlus-credit needs to be given to A.D.A.M.

Instructions for giving the credit to the correct source: http://organizedwisdom.com/OrganizedWisdom:CreditTheSource

Scientific and Medical Journals:

PubMed Central- You have the name of the site misspelled and the articles did not pull up. Please try another search following these directions:

Scroll down to PubMed Central Take 3 http://organizedwisdom.com/OrganizedWisdom:Wisdom_of_Guides

Please make the above changes and then resubmit the card. Thanks, Elisa
