Alysa Bajenaru, RD, CPT
I have always had a passion for food and healthy living. Growing up, I was known as the “healthy child” who would eat almost anything and played sports year round. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2002 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. After a short stint in clinical dietetics, I realized that my passion was leading me to the wellness side of nutrition and fitness. I earned a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and later a group fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise.
