- Suzanne Phillips, M.D. obtained her B.A. with Honors in Political Science from Columbia University, NYC (1980), where she completed her premedical studies with a New York State Regents scholarship. A professional singer and musician from youth, she had previously attended Manhattan School of Music, NYC (1971-1974), where she pursued scholarship studies in oboe, piano and voice while performing as an oboist in the Doctors Orchestral Society of New York and singer in the New York All-City Concert Choir. Her postgraduate medical education was completed at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, and she received her M.D. in 1989.
