The citizens of Sacramento have to learn to make some sacrifices for their pulmonary health. California’s capital claims the number six spot for the highest ozone level and number seven for short-term particle pollution. A cultural and economic leader in the region, Sacramento expanded during the California Gold Rush, but unfortunately, the air quality has declined in worth. It’s time for Sacramento to sack up.
